Technical Support Engineer (Beijing,shanghai,guangzhou,shenzhen,chengdu)
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree, preferable in Computer Science, with over 3 years of relevant
experience
- Experience in software problem determination, analysis, and resolution techniques applicable
to at least one of the mainframe,Unix, PC and/or LAN/WAN
- Good knowledge of relational database, Experience in DBA or application development
preferred
- Good knowledge of application development language such as C, C++ or Java etc
- Experience in Sybase ASE/RS preferred
- Familiar with UNIX, NT and networking
- Familiar with Data Warehouse for BI, ?Experience in Sybase IQ preferred
- Good customer communication skills
- Fluent communication by English.
Responsibilities:
- Provides professional, courteous, and prompt first and second level technical support for
assigned Sybase products.
This includes problem definition, prioritization, analysis, recreation, and resolution.
- Communicate with Product Support Engineers and Customers as far as the issue is resolved
completely, if in need.
